Your time is valuable! Enabling online booking is a great way to lessen your workload while providing greater convenience for your clients.
How do set which services clients can book online?
The first step to enabling online booking is first designating which services you want to enable clients or potential clients to book. Here's how:
Navigate to your Practice Settings from the left navigation
Select "Services" from the upper tabs
Either choose to edit an existing service, or add a new service.
To enable a service for online booking, click the slider below "Online Booking" to blue.
Click "Create" for new services or "Save" to make the change.
How do I enable online booking on my client portal?
Now that you've created or edited your services to allow for online booking, let's activate online booking on your client portal.
Still in "Practice Settings" select the "Client Portal" tab
Under "Allow Online Booking" click the slider so it is blue.
Click Save to finalize the change
How to designate available hours within your schedule.

Select a time where you would like to create an availability block for clients to book within by first clicking anywhere on your calendar.
Choose the length of availability you would like to create.
Select "Repeat" if you would like to create several blocks of avilability across multiple days or weeks at this same time.
Choose which days of the week you would like the block to repeat on and if you'd like it to repeat on a weekly or monthly basis.
Select "Schedule."
Creating unavailable blocks within your calendar
Select "Show Availability" if not already on your availability calendar.
Click a date and time you would like to block clients from booking.
Select the date and time you would like to mark yourself as unavailable.
If you'd like to create a re-occuring busy block for instance for lunch, you can use the same repeat function to easily create multiple entries on your calendar.
Select a start and end time for the block.
Select "Schedule."
And... you are done!
You've successfully set up client booking within your practice. You can now direct clients to your portal to book their next session at their convenience.
