Programs help you foster connections beyond clinical care by making it easy for you to host one-off or re-occurring virtual events straight from Speakbox.

Host a Program

  1. Select "Programs" from your left navigation

  2. Select "Create Program" in the top right

  3. Input the program name, assign a facilitator(s), and add more context in the longer description.

  4. Select "Create"

Note: Programs are unpublished and set as "draft" to allow you to fine-tune details and schedule events before making them available to the public.

Schedule events

  1. Select the "Events" tab from within your new program

  2. Select "Schedule Event" in the top right

  3. Input the Event name and description

  4. Select a start and end time for your event

  5. Select "Create"

Publish your program

  1. Select the "Settings" tab from within your new program

  2. Click the slider marked "Unpublished" to publish your program

  3. Click the status dropdown and select "Open"

  4. Click "Save"

And... you are done!
Your published Program is now visible and available for public registration through your practice portal. You can view your Portal by going to "Practice Settings" > Portal > "View Portal." Copy and paste your unique portal URL into any ad/promotion materials, and a person does not need to be registered to Speakbox to view your Portal.
